You didn't think we'd let 2020 pass without a party, did you?

2020's been tough, right? We think it's high time for some festival fun, with the same vibe that Wild Paths became notorious for in 2019.

We wanted to reclaim the end of summer and bring you the weekend of live music and street food that you've been longing for since lockdown.

Two days of live music, DJs and food & drink in the scenic, tree-lined fields of the Norfolk Showground. Featuring a ton of exciting new artists, delicious food and pop-up bars, Wild Fields promises to give you a taste of the festival-filled summer you were planning before it all went Pete Tong...

So grab some friends (the bigger the group the cheaper the price) and join us for a day or two of outdoor musical revelry in the Norfolk sunshine .

Last entry is at 7 pm right?

Yes, last Entry is 7 pm (however we can add specific names to a late list if people can't make it for then)

Are children allowed? How do I book for them?

Yes this is an all ages event. Under 15s go free as long as each minor is matched with a paying adult/guardian. Please purchase a pod relevant to the number of adults attending then check in any children at the festival box office by the main gate. All pods are 3 x 3m and can contain a max of 6 attendees. Price varies dependent on number in the pod.

Can I join my friends/family in our pod after they have arrived, or do all people sharing a pod have to arrive at the same time?

You can join when you arrive, a steward will escort you

Are pods assigned on a first come, first served basis (excluding VIP places) or are they pre-allocated at time of ticket purchase?

Aside from the VIP pods... all other pods will be allocated on arrival to encourage people to turn up early and give the local acts and those playing earlier in the day a good crowd. There's a limited number of pods though so in comparison to something like Glastonbury everyone will get a clear view of the stage, and the large screens and festival audio rig will mean that all attendees get that immersive festival experience. To discuss this further contact

Can we bring our own food & drinks?

Sealed bottles of water and food in containers are permitted only

Is there parking on site? Is it free?

There's plenty of parking space available on site and it's free!

Can I leave my car overnight?

For those attending both days of the festival, vehicles can be parked in the main festival car park overnight. Although the site gates will be locked, the festival holds no liability here.

- benches and tables will be made available for all pod groups. However we recommend bringing, decorations and extra furnishings as we’ll be running a ‘pimp your pod’ competition with the best looking pod winning tickets to our 2021 events!

Will buses be running to the festival site?

Public buses run from the city (Norwich) to just outside the Showground (please consult local bus timetables)

Is there camping?

No there's no camping on site. However there's a Premier Inn across the road from the festival site and a number of great luxury camping spots and Airbnbs within close proximity.

What will my pod be furnished with?

Benches and tables will be made available for all pod groups. However we recommend bringing, decorations and extra furnishings as we’ll be running a ‘pimp your pod’ competition with the best looking pod winning tickets to our 2021 events!

Keepin' it COVID-friendly

How can you have a socially distanced, COVID-responsible festival? That's the first thing we asked ourselves, and it's been at the heart of every decision we've made to date.

  • You'll be partying in your roped-off pod of up to 6 people, with galleys to allow free passage to food stands/toilets etc.
  • All areas of the site have been adapted to comply with distancing protocol. What is usually a huge 150-acre space has a considerably limited capacity for this event, and extra vigilant hygiene & safety measures have been tested and rolled out across the site.
  • We're working with Summertime Social, who have already put on a series of successful events this summer, the Norfolk Showground and Norwich City Council. We want to put you in the safest, most experienced hands possible.
  • Big screens either side of the stages and a shimmering 360-surround sound audio rig will allow you to feel fully immersed in the festival atmosphere at all times.

  • There’ll be regulated queueing and heightened cleaning and hygiene standards will be enforced across the festival site to allow you to stay oh so fresh and so clean, clean...

Our dedicated staff and security team will ensure that everyone knows how to let loose responsibly without getting up in anyone’s personal space

For further information on how Summertime Social are ensuring this unique event will remain both responsible and compliant with current government guidelines click here.

*please be aware that we will be adapting this policy to make sure it complies with the most up to date recommendations and to cater for event specific considerations.
